Which is your fav track from the garden state soundtrack and why?

I like "Winding Road" by Bonnie Somerville. It is a simple, timeless song. I can relate to it as I am still trying to figure out what I'm doing with my life.

The last song- the one in the closing credits, but I think they play it a few more times throughout the movie, too- maybe in the rolling scene? I can't remember what thay are called, but it's a great song...

Reply:i haven't seen the last kiss but i do want to see it. but it seems like it's the same character in both movie but just in different situations. judging from the trailer i would say garden state would be the better one.

did any one understand the begining of the movie when zach was in the plane and it was going to crash and he was the only calm one...why...was it a dream...something that coulda happened?

It was a visual representation of how he felt. He had been medicated for so long that he longer felt the emotions that everyone else was capable of feeling.
Reply:He said later in the movie "I have been so numb for blah blah blah..." talking about being on all his medications prescribed by his father. I thought he was trying to show how out of touch with reality he was.
