Kerala.The lush green costal strip in the south west of India, is a land apart. This little green paradise is edged on the one side by the forested ranges of the Western Ghats and on the other side by the Arabian Sea. All along the coastal are a network of backwaters, lagoons and canals-the lifeline of the people who live along its banks

Well to the first person, your going to get an arguement from the people of Assam Province, they grow most of the spices and the hottest chili known to man the "Naka Jolikia", they run over 1,000,000 on the Scoville scale.





The most fragrant Jerra (cumin) turmerci and coriander area from there, I have friends from that area and they tell me of field of lush produce, the egplants and other fresh produce are from there in most market stalls all over India.
