How do I find out the process(permits,marrage licenes)to be married on the beach,in Garden City S.C. I live in N.C. ,would it matter that it's out of state? Not sure how to do this.

Reply:Just call the county office. State laws regarding licenses do vary. SC is very lenient. That's why so many people go to York, and Myrtle Beach. I think there is a 24 hour wait after you purchase the license. Take along your birth certificates. Happy wishes.
